I do wish there was a nice windows/linux/mac desktop app that integrated with kavita as well For those that support me via kavita+, kavita+ has had numerous improvements to allow for faster data load (and foundation changes to allow for basic metadata scraping in the future).

I prefer komga over kavita and here is the reason why
C:\manga\folder 1 c:\manga\folder 2 c:\manga\folder 3 than them folders are totally ignored so you do not see folders as series or anything.
Kavita's web reader is good, but cdisplayex is excellent for reading comics on a tablet or folded chromebook
